We sell, install, and service mobile homes from Kabco, Riverbirch, Clayton and Champion.  Magic City has its own sales team, installation and service crew, full-service parts store, and insurance agent on-site. We also offer financing for qualified customers. These services have been a part of Magic City's ongoing commitment to the mobile home industry. Our owner, Larry Hathorne, has over 44 years of experience in the industry. All staff members are certified in sales and/or service by the state of Mississippi and continue to expand their knowledge by attending industry seminars.

We are located on Highway 11 South, 1.2 miles north of Exit 90 off Interstate 59.
